Merlin

Merlin ring, set in fine silver with a dark rhodium patina and 22k yellow gold patina highlights.  This is a powerful ring. I used a beautiful blue sapphire at the centre of the design. It positively glows deep blue with lighter-blue flashes. The shape and textures are inspired by medieval armour. The cabochon cut is typical of medieval jewellery. 

The band is moderately wide, with a beaten-silver texture.

Ring size: 9 This ring can be re-sized up to a 10.
