Eye of the Dragon

Eye of the Dragon, ring set in fine silver with a dark rhodium and yellow 22k-gold patinas. This design was inspired by the precious fire opal. It just looked like the eye of a dragon to me. The opal has flashes or red, orange, yellow, and green.

It is a simple design with a big effect. The dark patina really brings out the play of colour of the opal.
