Opal in Bloom

This lovely pink opal has swirls of pink and gold. Like all common opals, it has no play of colour. Its own colourful bands are all it needs to shine, though! The opal is a classic 8x6 mm in size. It is cradled by four dainty rhodolite garnets, which are garnets with a gorgeous pinkish-violet cast to them.

The stones are surrounded by a stylized representation of petals in fine silver with white-gold and yellow-gold patinas. The band is slim to let the top stand out and shine. On the whole, the design is very Art Deco and extremely distinctive. It is art on your finger.
