Leaf Buds

 This ring was inspired by my neighbour's bush, which has a fantastic display of deep green leaves and beautifully textured bark. The new growth is a very bright light green, reminiscent of the shade of these emeralds, then turning slightly darker and brighter, reminiscent of the peridots. The gemstones are set in fine silver with a dark rhodium patina and 22-karat gold highlights.
