This adorable nephrite jade ring is an homage to the garden. The lovely translucent gemstone is dark green when the light hits it from above but has a beautiful lighter green shade when light enters from the side. These hues are a reminder of the different greens in the summer garden. This cabochon is 10 x 9 mm and is made of nephrite jade from British Columbia, Canada. Jade is one of the birthstones for March.
The setting is sterling silver with patinas of black rhodium and 22-karat yellow gold. The band is textured to resemble bark on the outside but is smooth for a comfortable fit on the inside.
