This Rulebreaker ring is part of our Ocean Series. The centrepiece is a stunning opal that reflects green, red, orange, and yellow. In addition to this rather impressive array of colours, the quality of this opal is also evident in the fact that every square millimetre has colour in it, with not a single blank spot. Furthermore, the play of colour is visible both on the surface and into the depths of this gemstone. All in all, it is a fantastic representation of the colours bouncing off the surface of the sea as waves curl towards the shore. This opal is also a very nice size at 8 x 6 mm.
The band is sterling silver with a patina of 22-karat yellow gold to provide glints of yellow that seem to bounce off the stylized waves that comprise the band. The widening of the band towards the gemstone provides great stability to help keep the gemstone from shifting on the finger.
