Emerald Glimmers

This Ocean Series ring in our Rulebreaker collection evokes glimmering deep sea water with sparkles of sunlight reaching down to glow in the gemstone. This emerald is a huge 8+ carats (12 mm square). It is very included, but has that highly valued deep bluish-green classic emerald colouring. It also has a fantastic glow in the light. The emerald is offset from the band to provide a more dynamic setting. Next to it are two bezel-set peridots providing a lighter green contrast.

The band is textured to resemble a current-disturbed sandy seabed. The sterling silver of the band is covered by a black rhodium patina to suggest the dimmer depths of the ocean. The 22-karat yellow-gold patina highlights provide a sparkle reminiscent of sunlight. The band is wide at the top to balance the size of the emerald, but tapers towards the bottom to ensure a comfortable fit.

Size 7.75. This ring cannot be resized. Recall that these wider bands fit tighter, so most people need to go up 1-1.5 sizes from their regular size to ensure a comfortable fit.

Emerald is the birthstone for May, and peridot is the birthstone for August.
