Jewels Floating on Water

This stand-out Rulebreaker ring is part of the Ocean Series collection. It features three large gemstones floating on a lilypad. The black rhodium patina on top of the sterling-silver setting suggests the watery dark depths and the 22-karat yellow gold patina evokes the sparkle of sunlight on the water and the gemstones. The sides and underside of the band are textured to simulate a textured, branching stem. The band spreads out near the setting to provide extra stability and to visually balance the width of the 'lilypad'.

The largest gemstone is a swiss blue topaz, which reflects the blue of a clear sky. It is a 6 mm round faceted topaz with good colour and sparkle. The two peridots are 5 mm rounds with good colour and flash reflecting the green of the lilypad and water.
