The glowing prehnite cabochon is a gorgeous evocation of sunlight streaming through a pond's water. The lines visible in the stone are a natural part of its crystal growth, and they do a lovely job of imitating rays of sun piercing the water and warming it.
The dark growths are epidote crystals, and they absolutely look like sunken logs floating in the water's green depths.
